Compliance Anchor 2020 Focus

Compliance Anchor launched seven years ago and has grown to over 115 financial institutions in 16 states and counting.  We built services around the compliance and BSA needs of our clients including monthly news updates and online discussion sessions called “Veterans’ Venues”. Our approach is to foster collaborative relationships via email, online discussions and sharing of resources.

As we face the challenges of the regulatory environment, Compliance Anchor is committed to helping its clients to be ACEs in the industry by Assisting them with their challenges, Connecting them with other institutions and experts in the industry, and Educating via online and in person training.

This year we launched our Cannabis Connect Group where over 45 financial institutions are working together to develop risk assessments covering marijuana, hemp and CBD. Working as a team, the workload is lighter, the insights are expanded, and the results are comprehensive and practical.

As we look to the future, we will provide even more quality, practical training. To accomplish this, we are growing our organization and hiring a Director of Compliance Education. This individual will lead our compliance efforts for developing and tailoring content and delivering online and in person training.

We will also launch an online learning management system that will enable financial institutions to navigate our course content, develop a training curriculum and view trainings on a host of topics.

To extend our value we’ve partnered with industry experts to offer more content. This includes a 3-hour Crypto Training Session to help financial institutions understand the changing risk landscape.

Finally, as in previous years, we are hosting collaborative BSA Schools to be held in three locations throughout our market area.

Be sure to check out the updated Compliance Anchor website for all the details.

Thank you for your support and I look forward to another great year serving you, our clients.
